6.3 You’ll be notified once your order is shipped. Goods are at our risk until signed for at delivery.

 

7. Cancelling Your Order

7.1 You may cancel your order:

Within 1 hour of placing it, or

Within 30 days of receiving the goods (if not custom or perishable).

7.2 If cancelled before dispatch, you’ll receive a full refund including shipping.

7.3 If cancelled after delivery, you’ll be refunded for the item only, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition within 7 days.

7.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
